★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked cab from Godhra to mandvi .First of all they came 3 hour late . As per lockdown they told me to put Sandeep aa drivers name after approval they had given some other driver. The police also caught us.They charged 250 * 3 as drivers fee as they told us they will charge 250 only then why charged for 3 days. They also made me pay to the police who caught with wrong driver. When I tried to negotiate with them they talked rudely and asked for full money. I had no option that time they charged a lot 1600 toll tax and for 135 km extra charge. Never chose such terrible cab. My life's worst experience in such situation.

The govt updates were unpredictable in Gujarat during the time and I struggled track on the latest. SAARTHI Cabs informed me about the formalities as well before I reached back home.
