★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a visiting this clinic since 2019 and must say their service is not upto mark as before. I had scheduled an appointment on 04th April, 2022. But I got a call at the last moment that day, informing that the doctor is not available and they are re-scheduling the appointment for tomorrow. The next day when
I reach the clinic the receptionist tells me doctor is not available today. When I told her that yesterday also same thing happened, she said that yesterday there was an aligners camp so they were not taking in any other patients.
When I asked when should I visit then, she said to come day after tomorrow on 7th April.
I don't care what camps you are organizing but appointments should be given accordingly.
You people are wasting patient's time in this way.
A suggestion to all those who are visiting this clinic, if they reject your appointment without prior information just go to a different branch like I did.
