★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to clinic with difficulty to open mouth, for which I had to undergo surgical extraction of my wisdom teeth. Extraction was performed by Dr.Thomson D'Cruz and Dr.Raichel Thomas . They were so calm and supportive during entire procedure and even postoperatively. Thanks to them that I have got my mouth opening restored . Received best dental care.

Dr Raichel is one of the best dentist I have ever come across. I am a difficult patient to treat but she handles me with so much patience and guides me through every step. Highly recommended ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Raichel is an professional and good dentist. She explains every procedure neatly and in detail. Support staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We both husband and wife have taken treatment with her and are very comfortable and satisfied with the experience. I have also recommend her to my family members. She is one of the best dentist I have come across. Good luck to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for an IPR via Toothsi. I was made to wait 45 minutes even after I reached right at my given appointment time, despite communicating earlier that i dont like to wait because they overbooked. And yet they made me wait, despite me paying them what they charge.
The clinic is like a cash cow, cramped, very small reception, and 2 dentists working simultaneously in a pretty small space. No space for social distancing, they overbook and at a point I had to stand to give my seat to an old lady (which I did voluntarily, but the dentist shouldn't schedule appointments in such crunched intervals if she can't handle)
Very poor quality clinic for the same reason, there are better clinics around where your time is valued.

She guides you to the best possible way to treat your teeth and makes you understand what the main cause of pain or decay of your teeth is and what kind of treatment is required to do. She is professional and polite and handles patients with utmost care as she understands that many patients have a big fear of pain while doing the treatment. She explains the best possible treatment and suggests a budget-friendly way to do as many times dental treatment is often costly. You will never see that Dr. Raichel is in hurry, she always treat with cool mind and as per your comfort. Clinic staff helps you to take the appointment as per your time flexibility and also helps to postpone or prepone your schedule. In just simple words, go fearless.
