★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Sabyasachi dress for my wedding during COVID, which meant all communication and measurements had to be carried out via WhatsApp. Sabena was available to answer all my questions, and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Whilst reluctant to buy a dress without looking at it in person, I was quite comforted and relieved because of Sabena's excellent customer service skills and expertise. Her instant and honest replies to my questions (sometimes very stupid questions) meant one less worry for wedding planning. Thank you Sabena and team for this seamless experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best designer store for wedding cloths and other traditional wears. Creation to cater one’s imagination can be always fulfilled. Be it wedding or any function; they know your aptitude for your needs.
Sabyasachi as a brand has a store in New Delhi as well but the difference between the New Delhi store and the Mumbai Store can be experienced in the attitude and frame of mind.
As a visitor to both the stores; the staff in Mumbai is much much better and helpful than their colleagues in New Delhi.
I had gone to buy belt but ended up buying more.
The staff in Mumbai is lead by a nice gentleman who is epitome of success and healthy business atmosphere amongst the staff in Mumbai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabyasachi is an excellent fashion designer but his staff is extremely rude. I would never come to this particular store. I could have bought few things from this store but the lady who was helping she was not at all interested and was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabyasachi is like visiting the past eras of Raja Maharajas. Wonderful experience. Visited the jewellery exhibition on the third floor. The staff was very very cordial and helpful. Everybody was very sweet and answered our every question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude by the staff (Miss Asma ) to show any clothing collections at the Kala Ghoda store . Her behaviour lead us to leave the store within 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge showroom which lives upto its hype. The place showcases the designs of Sabyasachi in an environment which is a fitting backdrop. The staff does not bother you by following you around the place, they leave you in peace to browse the merchandise as well as the hidden nooks of the showroom. Unlike most other places they have no problem with you clicking pictures of the place, though of course photographing the merchandise is a strict no no. Loved the experience because that is what Sabyasachi provides, an out of the world experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabyasachi Designs in Mumbai is outstanding in terms of Products and the Ambiance. I walked in just for window shopping for upcoming wedding of my niece; but ended up buying a jewellery - all Thanks to a tall, handsome chap - Amit Singh. Apparently he is a store manager and he understand and better placed - helps in understanding the designs and what will look good on oneself.
