★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, he gave me false advise. He told me that my previous pvt ltd will not create any issue, now my DIN number is disqualified and I am not able to be Director in any of PVT LTD.
My Mistake, I should have hired some mature and experienced professional rather then this Young and Good Talking person.

False Advice, he told me that my previous pvt ltd company will not create any issue if left untouched, now my DIN number is disqualified and I am not able to be director in any of Pvt. Ltd. Company
He told me that he had filed my company returns and audits, but didn't filed anything or gave me any document.
Worst Experience, If I would had enough time I would have gone to CA Institute to complain about this.
