I took an insulin pen from this store.
It has been 1 week and now the pen has got crack just because it was tight and tough to fill the cartridge.
We were handed over defective product, because after 1 week use no Pen cracks like this. Even when we went back to their store and asked for help on the Device (Pen) they didn't offer any help.

β β β β β Always check items when you buy from here. And check rates online before purchasing medical equipments. After selling if you complaint they will not accept their mistake. Even after seeing cctv footage. Misbehaves also.

β β β β β Ghatiya shop owner and ghatiya staff. I purchased a glucometer with 25 strips in 590rs (Flipkart rate 499). They give me open strip box and opened gluecometer without battery and without lancets. When I complaint to shop staff told to wait for owner. Owner came after 15 min. They didn't accept their mistake. After watching cctv footage they replaced machine with misbehave. Go for online instead of this type of ghatia shops.
