★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1)They cannot provide single medicine from the prescription, you need to buy all the items or you better leave whether your relative is in desperate need.
2) They will not return any unused medicine if they were used in covid treatment or post covid infection treatment except you are a family friend.
3) They are more frustrated then those who are desperately looking for medicines for their relatives.
4) If you dare to oppose any misconduct. They will softly threaten you that AIIMS is in their pocket.
5) They are not sorry for anything, because they are always right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has amazing discounts on most places but it has the worst service I have ever seen for a medical shop. Despite telling them upfront that it's an ICU patient, they made me wait for 30 min! The guys at the counters are least bothered about customers and tell every single customer that it would take 5-10 min when you need to wait much longer. I may pay more but never buying from these guys again, since when you come to a pharmacy, more often than not, time is the imp factor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offer huge discounts over all types of medicines and surgical items. Well managed, neat and clean ambience and staff was very good at service. You may get upto 26% discount on branded medicines and upto 75% discount on generic medicines. But sometimes the medicine are not available as the doctor suggested. They offers some other brand products. I just dissatisfied with that. They work on proper billing system and return policy is also good. Waiting time in day shift is longer. The shop is open for 24 hours which is good. The one star in rating I left because of the mismatch of the medicine's brand otherwise it very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best medical store in Sakit Nagar Habibganj Bhopal. All medicines are available at reasonable price, and you can find it in front of AIIMS Gate No-3.
One Star is left due to bad behaviour of staff. They are too rude with costumers. Due to heavy crowd in Shop costumers have to wait for long time duration. Also only for few medicines, sometimes u have to even wait for hour tooo...
Here first of all you have to submit you doctor prescription page to the front boy in store then you have to wait until you name is taken by billing boy at the counter, then they will give back your page and pay bill by any mode (cash, Online, card) Then they give you Medicine.
They have proper Billing system and return policy for Costumer convenience.
