★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is good about your centre but one thing i want to make it clear that you have no regards for patient's safety. Reporting standard is very good and Mr. Janak Parmar is very helpful. In this corona time, you are not using any disposable bedsheet. Who will be responsible if one gets infected due to previous patient. your ward boys are also not wearing gloves, one ward boy was chewing pan masala, one was constantly enjoying his multimedia content in his mobile while taking the patient. In your other branch, at GUJARAT IMAGING CENTRE, they are taking proper safety measurement like changing bedsheet everytime for the new patient. I would highly recommand GUJARAT IMAGING CENTRE over SADBHAV IMAGING CENTRE. Please improve your safety standards as you are doing great services to the society in discounted rates. I know that my review doesn't bother you just every other centre, but i expect not this from you. Let's hope you implement required safety measurement at the earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had come for CT Scan on 11.02.2022 it was conducted very smoothly. The person who did my scan was very helpful. We received the reports in good time my experience is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRI was completed on time and got results on time as well. No complaints there. However, my complaint is about staff not wearing masks in this 3rd wave of Covid-19 pandemic. At least one person at front desk was not wearing masks at all and the person conducting test had a gator mask. I expect front line medical staff wearing N95 masks or at least medical/surgical grade masks that covers both mouth and nose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited the sadbhav imaging center, Ellisbridge, for PET scan where when he put the viggo in the van he is using one Syringe to multiple users. please look as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am totally disappointed with the service and behavior of staff. I have reached at sharp 10.00 for MRI brain scan of my wife. MRI completed at almost 10.30. But i haven't gone through any doctor's reference, and i asked sit or go home, whenever report is ready I will be informed. I sit there and observed that the patients coming through reference got report within few minutes. When I asked about it on reception, a lady rudely answer it depends on the report type. I still can't understand that every everything is computerized then how the report or scan time are different. If possible I wants to give negative feedback.
