★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good ....like govt.... Hospital and they don't provide service of ct scan and their reports....and they just use to say your report is coming wait and wait........ Thay just say to waiting and wait......but ectully don't even serious about patient...for their time ....and we did waiting for 3 hour for our ct scan report...........I totally dissatisfy by thair service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother have right side brest cancer however ct thorax by Dr shown left side, this is terrible mistake done by them, Other doctors would have been done the treatment if not checkd priorly...
Should be taken action... And please all of you check this kind of mistakes before taking any decision who els knows what kind of terribly wrong things the had done in past.

They take 4 hours for one MRI. I suppose patient with some serious medical emergency will die waiting this long.
It works only because of few hospital that force there patients there by giving referral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service by suryam staff to my each and every patients and soo cooperative in nature ,sometimes due to patient load takes time but service oriented work and result is superb and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place and no one care about patients even after paying them they are acting as a govt staff . No one reply and they do not care about ur timings and appointments, and the receptionists are there to watch movies on TV and when u will go to ask the query they will tell u that will take 1 hr with angry face that they are doing charity , so pathetic service!!
Conclusion :please do not visit, it is better to do reports in another place coz those guys are not value for money and the work they are doing as as a govt centers even worse than that so never visist ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone there at 9:30, and my CT Scan was done before 10:30 but they told me to wait for the reports as doctor will came 11:00 am so I choose to wait for 30 minutes.
I told him are you sure doctor will come on time. They told me there will be a difference of 5-10 minutes not more than that.
At 11:15, he told me to wait for 5 minutes
At 11:30 he told me the same
At last 12:15 he came for report and given me the half report and told me to wait for 2 minutes only and finally at last he have given me the reports at 1:30.
This is really pathetic. Will not recommend this imaging center to anyone.
They charge more than the market does. And the service is like 0 star.
The lady who was sitting at the billing is very egoistic and don't have manners to talk to anyone. He was talking to the patients very very rudely like they are doing the reports for free.
My experience was very very bad.
Really shameful everyone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This people don't provide ear protection during MRI, i was not aware of any sound plus no panic button was given since than i had constant tinnitus and ear blocked, they are only concerned about earning money rather than patient's comfort wrost imaging ever in Ahmedabad
