★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive flats hypothetically prices are increased in such undeveloped area by brokers and builders, better to buy in Kharghar instead, construction quality is not good, may people will feel after some rainy seasons, builder is not professional for dealing, every time provide different prices and commitments, may be he is not clear what he want to deliver to customers, many of 2 bhk flats are as it is not able to find the buyers, many of 2 bhk converted to 1bhk with no proper justification, that why areas of flat is bigger, no clarity to anyone about parking allocation, initially it looks sweet but once you buy the flat no one will take care, so be aware of such projects
