Just they want to sell there cheap bags with maximum discount after that it's the headache of customer. Poor brand guys please don't buy there products. They don't provide bills or warranty on email or phone just they will provide physical copy and after 3-4 years later they would ask for the original copy when you would ask for any kind of assistance. Do you think in the digital world you would be able to hold a paper for 4-5 years. Lol
I am a poor sufferer of their after sale service.
