★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the most frustrating experience I have had at any store of any kind. Went there to replace the wheels of my trolley bag. The owner charged us 1000 INR for a work that was really poor. The technicians's charge was 300 INR for half an hour of his time. The substandard work haunted me on my very first trip after getting the bag mended. The wheels came off almost immediately forcing me to drag the trolley across terminals. The owner's job is to rob his customers as far as I can understand. 10/10 would recommend people to stay away from this guy.
