★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working in this Office since last 1 year and I must share with everyone that this Office is the good place to work with! Working Environment is tremendous over here. Collegues and Managers are really supporting. It gives its employees a lot of scope and opportunity to grow and learning new things in this office is a daily routine.
Pay Package are also good as per market rate. HR policies are flexible and person who work hard, will definitely get growth in the company. The only thing is working hours so much (9.30 hrs), it should be 8.30 hrs max but I just love to work here.:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saffron Tech is located in USA and India. Now its a Multinational company. Saffron Tech is an IT Solution Provider organization. I am associated with this organization since 3 years and I am facing wonderful experience with this company. The work environment is great. This is company is bad for non-performer. Company is very aggerssive with the their policies and nobody can break it. When I joined the company there was one Office with 70employees now we have two offices in India and one office in USA and having 200+ employees.
Saffron Tech involving in project immediately after joining the firm which is the best part of it where every people can learn a new thing and don't place them on Bench.
The Superior and team leader is also good which brings satisfaction in working for a long time. They are providing even training which is very useful in skill development.
The career growth in this organization is based upon the performance not by any influence. Work environment is very friendly so that every one likes to join in this firm.
Salary paid to the candidate is based upon the skills posses and experience. It is a perfect place where you are looking for job security.
I like to continue for longer time with this organisation to increase my skills.

Though, I haven't had an opportunity to be at the work place due to pandemic , having said that, its been overwhelming experience to be a part of such organization.

Motivated people to work with. From Managers to a Team Leader always encourage us to work and provide support whenever required. I Personally learnt many thing from this company. I will reccomend Freshers as well Seniors to join this company. Very chilled environment and good place to learn.
