Got my COVID-19 samples collected of total 10 people on Monday(19/4/21) and I have still not received my reports.(24/4/21)
Such unprofessional approach to COVID-19 TESTS - they did not ask for Aadhar card and booked samples by first name only and wrong address , later asking for age of patients as they had 2 samples with same first name.You do not get ICMR confirmation message of sample received so I highly doubt about their authenticity.
Also , they do not respond to any of your messages and calls. They are just trying to fool people.
