★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services of them after selling.. i would recommend not to buy any vehicle from here.. they have no responsibility. . I bought tvs ntorq in previous month .. at this time after a month i dont even have the tax token and registration number .. my friend bought a vehicle from an another showroom and now he got all papers and registration number also..very bad.. they dont even receive calls when you ask for informations..

They have done mastemasters in lying they will never tell you the truth when you are going to get your bike's document's it's been three and half months have passed but still did not got bikes number plate. They are not trust worthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of staff is good only. after sales service is VERY BAD. they do not have such equipment and engineer for the bike service. So they will ask u to go any other service center after selling the bike. After 3 months my bike's self start is stooped working due to battery problem. I have visited there, they replied they cant do this, so I had to go to Birati Suzuki showroom for 2nd service n they asked me to change battery and i have to go directly to battery service center. SO BUY a bike from there at ur own risk...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is also overrating this dealer in terms of their service and responsibility. I bought a suzuki access 125 on 11 nov 18 but didn't take the delivery as i wanted the c/f to be done by them. They promised to deliver the bike including everything (like c/f, registration and number plate) within 20 days. So I waited and gave them a call after 20 days. They started to make excuses and delayed the delivery by one month. After that I got to know that nothing was done and the c/f was itself completed after 19 dec 2018. Finally I took the delivery on 21 Dec 18. Till now I have not received the registration number and number plate and they are delaying everything saying it will be done by this wee. Worst service ever I have seen in my entire life. Generally the whole procedure takes 1 month to complete but I have done a huge mistake buying the vehicle from this store. Just like the other comments his behaviour was very good at the time of selling the scooty. But now he don't even respond to my grievances over the phone. I would recommend not to buy any vehicle from here.

Please do not ever buy any bike from this store, better go to showroom directly. Their after service is worst! They even charge money on your first service. I never imagined buying my first bike will be this bad! Worst store , worst support, worst after service! The owner name is Binod and he is like a parasite. Do not fall for his sweet talks if you go there, he is a very cunning and fraud person! Worst store!!! I will always prefer to go to the authorised showroom than this scammer shop.
