★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately in India, specially in Maharashtra and specifically in Vidarbha we do not pay any attention on history. Very poorly maintain or rather say not at all maintain fort. Government please if you are reading this spend a little money (which we pay aa tax) on conversation of such historical glory of our country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is magnificent. You can see hole sangadi from top of fort ?. Side lake increases beauty of fort. I recommend you. Visit at least one time there. You ll have peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful sights. If information is known then it is nice place to visit. If not there should be a proper guide like me to seek infomation. I visited the 'Great Sahangarh Fort' with my students. They were pleased to visit there & the history they heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The land fort nearby big lake. Having some fortification, bastions and big gates. A cannon in this fort is worshiped.
Famous places of this district - Antique well at Brahmi, Chaundeshwari Devi Temple at Mohadi, Collectorate Building, Gaimukh cave temple, Rama Temple at Rawanwadi etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an old fort. There is a small lake in front of the fort. The door to secret escape way underground has been sealed. And also the weapons used in old times are said to be kept there. This place needs a good maintenance.
