Flats are available on affordable rent.
Best thing is that the view is wide open on every side. Mountains visible on one side. Last mile road is broken.
Connected to aundh at one end and to vishalnagar on another end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a very good connectivity to good localities like Aundh, Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Sangavi, Pimple Saudagar & Hinjawadi (actually, place is centrally located). Also it's a peaceful place as area is less crowded, surrounded by army land and river.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am renting a flat in H wing since Oct 2018. H wing has all 1bhk apartments. Landlords may charge you rent for even 2 days without any prior acknowledgement. Lifts has issues all the time. water supply has issues, water doesn't come between 12 pm to 6pm as pcmc hardly supply any water here. All water comes from water tankers. Connecting road is in poor condition. The society is growing and residents are trying to maintain good environment. Environment is peaceful and calm for families though but do not rent or buy home here untill all issues get fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good appartment. open environment but you compoulsory need vehical here. flats are good. security at main gate.good parking area. cool and silent palace.Flat rent are 11000 for 1 BHK. Also have 1 BHK and 2 BHK. Good palace for families also allow bachelors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place to purchase resale flat purpose as a guest. Society seems based at prime locations location. After some genuine verification I came to know that this society having huge water issues. Depending on tankers.

Clean and green many activities rake place here.
Little water crisis is there otherwise all your daily needs are taken care of. Right from your daily bread butter, newspaper, your laundry, vegetables all at your doorstep.
There is weekly market for vegetables and fruits in the building itself.
