It's pre launch.
Then it will be launched.
Then foundation stone ceremony.
Then few slabs.
Then PMC plays its' game.
Project stops for 7-8 months.
Then some other issue.
And our hard earned money goes for toss.
There is one project by reputed Gera builders on DP road at Ganraj chowk. For trivial reasons the project is stalled for 3years after 70%work!!
At Atlantis ..what u get at the end is east west flat on narrow patch of land...heat from both sides through out day..
Sick.
Builders should learn from Mr Kunkulol of Rahul construction firm. ...which opens the booking only after 90% scheme is ready.
That forces oneself to constrct quality building and wins the confidence of customers for generations.
Always prefer ready to move in...
Take wise decisions, do not hurry ....this is what corona says!!??

Build quality shown is too promising... ANP is well known developer in the region... They have few new ideas..would love to see the implementation once the project is completed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANP Atlantis location is in the upcoming part of Balewadi. It is right on the 30m DP road which makes it very easily accessible. Its located close to Balewadi gaon where there are lots of options for grocery shopping. Its also very close to the Jupiter hospital and main baner road. Although it is close to the river but its not so close that water might enter the project.
Within the project the builder is providing great amenities and facilities. The elevation of the building looks modern and the architecture is pretty good. The sizes of the apartments is the biggest in the segment. The best part about the 2 bhk plan is that the living room and the dining area is separate.
This gives good space utilisation within the apartment. The kitchen and bedroom sizes are also pretty decent. The builder has used good quality materials for the doors, windows and provides digital locks.
Most of the flats are sold out only a few 2 bhks are remaining right now. The construction is in full swing and the project seems that it will be completed as per the Builders’s target date of completion. The only drawback that I feel is that as of now there is not at all any development in the immediate vicinity of the project. The area seems little dark during the evening but once it is developed, I think the picture would be completely different.
Overall an amazing upcoming property in Balewadi and you should really consider this project if youre looking for a good lifestyle residential property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited actual site i come to know that there is no lobby space for shoe rack in front of 2 bhk in the every Wing and the stairs are in approximity of the flats which would be safety issue in future for kids and senior citizens.After conversation they told that they would provide 2.5 foot space for shoe rack but i am in still doubt regarding it.
