-Location is the good
-Balconies are big
-Even the dry balcony is specious as compared to other projects
- Glass partition in both bathrooms
Con-
-Rooms are small , you can not put a queen size bed in any bed room , and if anyhow to managed to do that there will be no gang way
-No swimming pool
-You are paying the exact same amount for balconies as the carpet, so make sure you are using it and you really need it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upcoming project. Planned room sizes are small. Sizes are okay for new couples or singles. Differential pricing between two towers A & B is a matter of concern, not digested. Secondly, asking rate is high for possession three years hence, i.e. in 2023.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sample flat is very different from actual 3 bhk. Internal path to the flat is very less. 2 flats opening door are in front of each other. Bathroom and kitchen windows are opening out in the entrance path lobby. Internal duct is poorly placed between the flats.
3bhk is very poorly structured.

I was informed no inventory for sales, then why are the channel partners pushing the customer to visit the site...
