★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for palladion square. One of the worst builders I came across in Pune. This is my third property in pune.And I must say this builder is the most unprofessional. The project is delayed by almost 1.5 years and has many shortcomings. And then look at the audacity of the builder .He is still not ready to disclose all the details about when is he gonna complete the entire building. I know after reading this you will say what is new in this . All builders are like this. But I must tell you I have dealt with many other builders and this is by far the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad parking management... Security is poor allows unknown people in the society and stops ppleople who stay in the society from 3-4 years. Construction quality is not good. Flat owners and rented people have NO mode of communication. They decide the rules on their own and don't bother to inform tenants. Society notice board is used only to post ads of Pandit and gas pipelines but the new rules have never been put up on the board for tenants to know. Lifts are extremely slow....basement becomes a swimming pool during rainy season

Parking are stuffy, it's difficult to even park hatchback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is well maintained society on Baner Balewadi link road near Laxmi Mata temple chowk.
Society has all the basic aminities like swimming pool, gym, hall, garden, childrens play area and spacious parking.
Security is also good and society has many people from army and police background. Safe and secure environment.
Management committee is active and keeps eye on welfare of society. They have featured in Times of India for the amazing work done to protect flat owners during pandemic times.
