★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the location is good - the residents are a horrible lot. I am not sure about flat owners, but tenants are treated like unwelcome intruders. They will not add tenants to internal whats app groups - and you will be left scrambling for any information you need at this critical time of pandemic. In general, I felt like being looked down upon all during my 7 months of stay. It was a good riddance when I finally moved out - and do not miss this place a tiny bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management of the society. No restrictions on people who party whole night disturbing others. Inspite of pandemic, no rules set for outsiders.
