★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service from delivery boy. He refused to give door delivery and behaving rudely. Finally I decided to transfer my connection to other HP gas agency. While giving transfer letter, he was demanded Rs 70/- for transfer. I called to HP customer service and come to know that it's free of cost.
Finally when I had given him reference of HP customer care call, he agreed to give me free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even deserving 1 star faltu service with the faltu people's they doesn't care about your priority, delivery late staff arrogant...hopeless service, delivery person behave like he is owner by charging more money for delivery than the MRP, when you complain about it to owner he behaves like its okay he also not bother about your complaints...will suggest do not go with this!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online gas. after the 1-week delivery boy came delivered the gas, but he asked for money. My wife replied we already paid online (705 rupees). The delivery boy said we did not receive money please pay me cash or on my personal google pay. She called me but I was busy in the meeting, so I did not pick the phone. She paid in cash (720 rupees).
Once we communicated she went to agency office. Staff said "our sir is not available, his office time is 5pm-6pm". My wife was pregnant at that time, but She still went office at 5pm on same day. She waits more than 1 hour, but owner did not.
On 2nd day she again visited the office, The Owner answered "Did you paid me? You paid to the delivery boy, then he will pay you back. It's not my concern.". The owner called delivery boy and asked to refund the amount. The delivery boy replied, "Yes, I will".
We wait for 3 weeks but did not receive money. Again we went to the office, again the same discussion, the same process, After 1 month and 1 week we received our money back. I register a complaint in HP, but no use of that
1. Very arrogant owner
2. Very worst experience
3. Delivery staff ask more money
If it's any negative start, they deserve this
@I request HP, they should shutdown the SAHIL GAS AGENCY. Give to right candidate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service by this agency do not buy any connection from here delivery person is very arrogunt and dosent care about your cylinder delivery on time, insted go with bharat petrolium or any other, even it dosent suit for 1 star but there is no option.
One of reviwer member has mention that the staff is hopeless and behaving like goverment servent very true***

I suggest please ask for agency receipt for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a new connection today and full money. They insist to buy the burner/stove, but already I have at home. They did not still give me receipt for paying the money and told me to collect after 6-8 days. I registered online and when I show them they say what is this? Dont they know online booking? Very bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sahil hp gas has good points like quick delivery and quick approach. But The service person was very rude and was asking for ₹150 of putting only 2 drops of oil(which was not brought by him) to repair. This was the thing which I felt wrong as he was speaking in a high voice with an elderly person. If we consider the travelling charges(cost of petrol) it can be hardly 50₹.
