★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still Power connection(transfoemer) is pending from builder, I am not sure this when Will get, once is done this job people can buy, Area is very good and connection to nice road, Electroniccity, akshay anger (DLF) bannergatt, Vijay bank LAYOUT, JP nager, BTM and many more places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder.. before you purchasing go and visit the Sai Ashirwadah paradise block A and B (2 years old ) property only.
They didn't provide the lifts as well.
If you want to see the quality of the construction, go to the top floor and see how many patches were there.
Don't go by the price they offered. They are offering low because the quality is poor ..
