★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and neat, spacious and good selection of grocery, vegetables and non veg section. Prices for certain fruits were sightly lower than in other places. However, as it is with the HSR star market, billing area is a big disappointment. Badly arranged and it's depressing to wait there. Each vegetable item needs to be individually weighed and packed. The neighbouring maghizh grocery will single handedly service more customers than 5 queues here. Another big negative is that there are various credit card sales folks roaming around, mildly harassing you. Not planning to visit anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not at all supportive specially security is very rude, Staff walking without mask and face shield inside the store but asking to wear mask to customer then only they allow. Poster was pasted " Customer only allow who has fully vaccinated" but few of them not fully vaccinated. There is no aarogya setu status being checked while entering but not allowed if u dont wear mask weather you have fully vaccinated. Even they are not providing garranty if u have weared mask it will be 100% safe from corona. Disgusting......I am regular customer of Star Market but from now never will visit there.
It would be good instead of disgusting communication with customer , At least provide logical training to the security.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place! Much more cleaner neater and better organized than some of the other Star Market outlets! I am disappointed that STAR is moving out from Singasandra where there is so much of demand and development. I received a message this morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment network issue everytime. UPI mostly not available. POS machine is slow while doing card transaction.
There are 4 checkout counters but only 2 work then queue become too long. Manager is not available in store.
