They don't want to do things on time and always give excuses. We have to call them atleast thrice in a week because of NO INTERNET and that too goes in vain because they are expert in giving lame excuses?.Even when the internet is working, it's TOO SLOW!! My mobile internet works faster than this. They don't even know how to speak with customers.Please don't choose this internet provider unless you want to get frustrated daily!
Also it seems that there's no refund. Don't make a mistake by choosing this saibaba cable internet. Asked another friend of mine and heard the exact same thing (very poor internet, no internet atleast for some time in a day etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst provider. Always there is a problem and no one comes to solve the problem even after calling them several times. I am regretting for subscribing yearly package. Internet connection speed is not upto the plan.
Edit: There is no internet connection everyday for sure for atleast 30 min or more than that. After calling them regarding the issue, rather than solving the issue of internet connection they speak rudely on call and say it's not our problem there is power cut off from MSEB we can't do anything. I never faced this kind of issue from the service provider i had subscription last year. There is no system of registering a complaint and solving it. They just have excuses ready with them. This is for the second time today I'am facing issue with internet. Every morning there is issue with internet and according to them it's MSEB who is at fault and they are not responsible for that. "There is power cut in the area from which hub is getting electric supply". This is the excuse they give everytime. If anyone is planning to get connection from here then be ready to face these kind of issues everyday. I still have 11 months left to face this issues everyday. Trust me you'll regret for getting a connection from them. It's your hard earned money so spent it wisely. It's been more than 1hr I'am not having my connection back to normal. And i went to their office for complaint and it wasn't surprising because again its MSEB at fault. I'am writing this review from mobile data, so if you have work which is dependent on internet connection then you are going to regret. I hope this review will be helpful for everyone.
