★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really bad . Mr Shrikant doesn’t pick up calls and don’t have courtesy to call back . Speed as promised is not delivered . They give silly reasons as to why the net is down . Not recommended at all . Worst service provider ever !!

They charged for trial when they said they won't.
Argued about how much speed I need when they didn't have speed I wanted.
They are connected via lan and simply over wifi router. Bandwidth is shared so more people lesser speed you will get. This is about year or so back.

Every single day we called him due to Internet breakdown, He just ignores the customer and argues instead. Worst Service Provider in the locality, I'll recommend never ever become his customer. Worst experience ever and totally disappointed ??

Doesn’t know how to speak to people and the worst part is he doesn’t offer any service to the customers as promised. May it be speed or problem resolution he Mr. Shrikant has the worst service to offer.
I was with him for more than 3 years, as he gained public and more clients in the area he started to ignore and disrespect the ones he has gotten business from.
I would suggest you never opt for such a ISP there are many who offer a flawless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting and rude service providers. They hardly offer help. GO FOR ANY OTHER SERVICES BUT NEVER CHOOSE SAI BROADBAND!!! They charged me 826 for 700 ₹ plan for sending online bills. They expect us to run to them for every issue. My wifi has stopped working since two days and these buggers haven’t looked into it. The female that attends the call is extremely rude and didn’t offer any help.
Pathetic Services. I would never recommend their services to anyone ! Pathetic ! They hardly ever pick up calls / come to fix the issues. They have reasons ready for not resolving any issue !!! DON’T GO FOR THEIR SERVICES AT ALL
