★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing is for sure is that in case you do not love someone then please send them here. I will be absolutely frank and blunt on this. I had admitted my dad to the Mulund, Mhada Colony centre based on some reviews to this so called care center. The way they treated me during the first meeting was like HRs treat you during the introduction but later on neither was I happy with the services nor with the behavior of the people. They do not properly take care of the patients and the care takers are honestly even worse than your nightmares or domestic help. They will ask money in advance and medicines but don't be surprised of the same is not used to treat the patient or the one admitted. My dad was admitted in the month of July but the kind of care these guys did made me loose him. He is no longer with me. On inquiring on the incident about how it took place all staff members had a different story to tell. I was told to ask the patients there about the incident but the best part was the people there all suffer from memory loss, Alzheimer or some or the other other mental illness - which is why any story they can cook is correct. Even when I had gone to take my dad's belongings the attendant there came all the way till my car thinking I will give him something. I understand that people have a cheap mentality with asking money but guys money will come and go but family will never.
Last but not the least, I would give a kudos to the founder member Mr. Vaibhav who puts on the best show to protect his personal interest in the place. I will surely say this even though I understand it may mean nothing to you but karma makes everyone pay. Remember what goes around does on day come around. I will be surely waiting to someday see your and your family member plight the same way I saw my dad dying on the death bed.
To everyone who is reading this review, please at least if we cannot stop this nonsense, a request to least make someone else stop from going or sending someone to a place from where there is no return.
PS: I had to give one star to post this, otherwise you can bet I would have given you something else
