★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BHN is a wonderful facility that has been providing Dementia care for my elderly relative. The professional and caring staff is friendly. The living arrangements are clean, and the food is freshly made and tasty. Thankful to BHN doctors and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first contact with this agency on 2.1.21 gave me pleasure of having connected with a well meaning agency. I immediately paid them 3500 rupees as per their demand. The first care taker did not report for duty the next day. I asked them to refund all my money. But they assured me of their well meaning service and I gave them an opportunity to do so. The next caretake they assured me is very discipline, who they said is immediately leaving for my house, did not do so for a couple of hours. I then asked them to start fresh from the next day as I would be paying for full and getting served for half day. Next day they sent yet another caretaker who could not distinguish between 2 medicines. How can she attend a patient? I called for a change of caretaker. They informed the change in caretaker who did not report the next day. This is when I lost patience and wrote to Deepak, who I was told is their senior executive. Deepak did not have a courtesy to come back to me. Yet again, I have continued and the caretaker did not report for duty after having come for 2 days. And this was my final with these people. On 9th January, I have asked them to refund me my balance with them having sent them my bank details. Till today, 14th January, nobody from so put up well meaning agency has taken any action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and care takers were extremely helpful and accomadating at the elder care centre. They also provide with home care services which is extremely helpful during covid times I was provided with a qualified nurse at my doorsteps within a few hours of enquiry. The nurse was amazing, she was very knowledgeable, caring and had a smile on her face throughout. She followed my suggestions and helped me with my basic chores as well. For sure will book again and highly recommend both their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely the place you'd want to have your older loved ones taken care of if you're finding taking care of them yourselves difficult.
Genuinely caring staff, clean and well maintained environs.
They cater to your specifications if they're able to and are quite accommodating.
A very homely atmosphere, musical bonanzas and activities catering to the likes of the generation.
It's definitely a better space to be in, taken care of 24*7 and with people in your own age group instead of staying alone at home in solitude. Plus it's peace of mind for working children.
Absolutely recommend them as a better alternative for your ageing loved ones for all their needs.

The servicing person is clueless after i hv done multiple followups..really a very bad and sad experience…they initially portray themselves as a highly professional organisation with well trained staff but only into money minting activity…

The atmosphere over here is such that one feels at home after coming here . The doctors , the nursing staff and the entire staff takes care of all their patients with love and utmost care
