My husband's grandfather was been kept there for 5 months who is currently 89 years old but was still walking talking eating and doing his daily routine all by himself when he was here at home, but when we kept him at Sunanda foundation within 5 months he was totally bedrest and daiper was needed to be used for him. The care taker there named vikas did not took care grandfather he did not look well after him in the old age home. They used to mislead us when asked. First we were told that it's fees is 7500 monthly in which everything was included. But later they sent us too many bills of daiper,half pants(boxers) etc. Which went to 9000 ..and later month it was 11000 rupees a month. They do not take care of your loved ones even if u pay them, they mislead you about your loved ones health.When we brought our grandfather back at home after 5 months they didn't even bother to give his hospital investigation report, the bills, the clothes he wore and what we sent while we kept grandfather there. Nothing ..just a water bottle a bedsheet and 1 vest .. that's it !
They did not return any of his clothes. The manager or whatever he is Mr. Yogesh Thakur , talks very politely and cheesy until you are giving them monthly cheque and money. But once when you bring your relative back from old age home they just don't receive your call, ignore your message and the worst part they talk to you arrogantly and cut the phone call in face !!!!!!!! Worst worst old age home I have experienced until now. The higher officials of the foundation should look after these employees working here. How they are ignorant towards their responsibilities. Lastly I suggest whoever is planning to keep their grandparents here, DO NOT KEEP THEM HERE IN THIS SUNANDA FOUNDATION RADHIKA OLD AGE HOME. They will worsen your relative's health.
