★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad air ventilation. Rooms have been constructed in a very haphazard and cheap manner with cupboards and shelves blocking out the windows. Electricity charges are very expensive too at Rs.10 per unit as opposed to Rs.7.5 per unit elsewhere in Chhatarpur. Plumbing in the bathroom is also of very bad quality with leakages in multiple places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience in sai hostel they have taken money for food and but they are giving food only one time and water facilities are worsted the main thing i want to share that i have feel and see some paranormal activities in the sai hostel many time . They are not telling us the real truth .
