The good thing is that it is on main road and near to many locations like Vaishali, Indirapuram, Khora Colony and more.
Moreover it's a landmark which is very easy to locate and every local person knows it.
The only only thing which is not good is it is on the bank of road it causes heavy traffic on the road.
Local transport is easily accessible.
