★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a housing society having many towers. First floor is dedicated for park area which has the facilities like swimming pool, gym,One of the best building in kharghar. The area is mostly known for its furniture shops
There are many shops making it a market place for furniture children swings and rides, a very nice society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start with what is good here.. flats are quite spacious, fittings are also good, security people are supportive, security camera and lifts are good. Now. The major issues with this society is WATER. They stop the water supply for a perticular time everyday for more than 5 hrs.. and on Mondays it's more than 7 hrs.. and in addition to this in night also they stop water supply for 2 days... my broker didn't told me about this thing.. when I shifted here then only I got to know.. I feel cheated.. I am writing this review so that you'll get to know about that thing.. I gave advanced rent, deposit, moving charges, and movers and packer charges.. so, I'm stuck here.. because moving out will cost me too much.. ?
Edit- Now the society is stopping water supply every night, not on perticular days.. the society is really really pathetic.. please don't stay here.. I really feel trapped ? I have a new born baby with me and I'm literally suffocating just because of this water supply problem. DON'T RENT FLATS IN THIS SOCIETY ?
