★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Paradise quality with all the amenities that the group is known for. Great location as it is stone throw distance from metro station. Can reach to any part of Navi Mumbai within an hour once metro becomes functional. Will be a great location to live in next 5 years. Best property in Taloja as of 2020. Khargar will be in 5 minutes once flyover work is completed. River facing view for all 2BHK. All amenities provided. Basic interior is already done.
Cons: You will have to go to Khargar for shopping and entertainment. Municipal facilities needs improvement in the area where it is located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and building is good. But there is a issue of power cut [ few minutues] and water cut [ for hours ]. Also as per the images and videos the society doesnt open the lights of gardens etc..... It seems that every thing whoch shown in the video and images was only for attraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good building. Good facilities but same issues in Taloja that nearby is industrial area and it can make u and your kids sick. So be careful if u want move in here. If any of your family members having breathing issues so I suggest u not to move in here.
