7-8 min walking distance from railwat fatak and ongoing metro construction.
At right and left there is building constructed.
But front view of the building is good there ia a broad road and then Cidco garden space which will be develop later, so this building doesn't blocked by any new building.
At back side there is taloja river.
This 13 floor building has 4 wings for each wing 2 lift provided and car parking is available at gnd and 1st floor.
Has 2 gate one for entry and other for exit .
Gym is also provided
24/7 cctv surveillance and Security guard.
Intercom in every room.
This building has 1bhk room and 2bhk rooms.
Good broad bu8lding views makes it better choice for buyers who want a good society and nice view.
