Orientation of building is good for perfect sunrise view lovers.
In close vicinty of metro railway station and express highway.
Close to Midc area and taloja old village and taloja 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely Constructed building with lots of Amenities, Spacious Flats and it is one of the best building in Taloja Phase 1 and has very good location walkable distance to the Masjid, Market and Metro Station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks good. Don't know much about the amenities and the society inside the compound. I visited few shops in the ground floor. And the building looks well maintained. But the locality is little low morally. And the worst thing is there are few chemical factories in Taloja and they release chemical gas usually in the mornings.
I've given lower stars only because of all these location related factors.
