★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location in Taloja phase 1. And you can get bus easily. Nearby station is less than a km away you can walk to railway station. Futuristic js that metro railway is coming in couple of years and it will be more easy to connect to the main cities like Kharghar and Vashi. You got to have walkable distance to the bus stop and all grocery stores available on walkable distance. Drawback is when Nearby factories releasing gas. Very scary situation. Beside that everything is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society overlooking the upcoming CIDCO garden, touching the boundaries and with scenic view of Taloja River. Fresh air and amazing view. Away from the noise and still well connected with 5 mins walking distance to upcoming Mono Rail station and Taloja Railway station. Market and Shops are around for everything for family and bachelors. Well educated neighbors.
