A Well-Planned Still+12 floor Residential Tower.
With 4 flats(2 x 1bhk & 2 x 2bhk)per floor (floor 1-8) and then 2 flats of 2bhk each per floor from floor 9-12)
It has got 2 elevators which are used alternatively, since 1 elevator alone does the job comfortably.
There's also Generator for power supply in case of power failure. (which is used very wisely & economically).
The entrance lobby is excellent and as soon as we enter it, we feel like home.
There's ample of Water supply which distributed twice a day. Till date I've never faced the issue of water scarcity.
All the residents are very responsible and peaceful, Never saw or heard of a dispute between any of the residents.
I'd definitely recommend this to everyone whose looking out for a house in a decent, safe and prestigious apartment.
