★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great experience with Sai pet home. The owner Mr. Shashank Tiwary is a gentleman. He is available everytime I need help regarding my pet. They provide you variety of Pets, Pet food , Pet care, Pet clinic ( Doctor) , Pet salon as well as Pet accessories. I'm glad I can have all these services in a same shop. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment to get my cat checked up. Once I reached the place only to be told " kal ajao aaj doctor nahi hain, uska phone switched off hain" WTAF !! Not even a sorry or atleast a call before the appointed time to notify us. 1st time I understand but 2nd time same thing???? My cat is an indoor cat and he is always traumatized as its a sensory overload for him being out in a noisy public space. I wish there was a minus star.
Edit - Reply :- I came on the 13th of this month to buy deworming med's and I was informed by the elderly man at the store that the doctor is available from 2-6pm daily and to pls call before hand so that we can book an Appointment and gave me a business card and pointed out the number I should call. So yea ....that is exactly what I did twice on different days because the store review was good and mistakes do happen but today's case was pathetic. Honestly reading all the review I was happy that my locality has a pet store with 4.6stars. I hope u understand my frustrations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner shashan tiwari always ready to help you. But the doctor who generally check up the dogs is worst. I would prefer not to treat your dog from there. He can kill your dog. Bcz mine was being misdiagnosed by him. And the doctor made his condition worst. But yes all the variety of dog products are available at this shop.
