★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on Saturday 12th March 2022. The advisor Mr Sarvesh is good. But something which I don't like about this service center is the washing and the trustworthiness.
Washing person comes very late around 9.15am my bike was done with all servicing and was just waiting for washing person to come and give a Jet wash.
Second thing, u can't trust the things mentioned in your bill is actually used during servicing or not. Just FYI, I was present during the servicing of my bike, so I know that there was a bolt charge which was present in my bill but was never used during servicing, which I straight forwardly told to the billing counter but they cross checked with someone from spare part team his name was Mukesh. The pathetic part is he said false in front of me that that bolt was used, he don't know that I was present during servicing of my bike. So I told him to call service engineer in front me and let's check now, then he realised his mistake and did some fooling thing calling and then told to remove that amount.
Is this the reason every every Honda servicing center do not allow customer to come and see their bike getting services. So that they can result manipulate the bill.
All pls dnt trust these service center. Better to get free service used here and post that get ur bike service from private person. Atleast all things will happen in front of your eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai Point Honda Service Centre is good in term of servicing but all honda services taking advantage of customer in case product charges. Products prices are different from the price online and offline.
Personal behavior is very good and policy too.
Insurance services are okay but they are not too good even they are not negotiating on behalf of customer because customer not to much famialiar with terms and conditions of insurer. Insurance department not clearing all the things.
Overall it was not good experience, for every new parts they take fitting charges except servicing.
Sometimes they assume the issues but at actual there is different issue and they unable to resolve.
I am the one of culprit I have given my scooter to the service centre for Insurance and servicing.
After two weeks I visited centre but my scooter was not ready yet and it takes 3 hours, my time wasted and after change without trial run they handover the scooter.
When I reached to the mumbra bypass scooter stoped and not started. I consulted with local mechanic he told no proper current comming to the scooter so he checked all and found that DI is not working, so he replaced it and scooter started but honda service centre told me that you key set is not working and here is different story.
What is the mean of servicing to the honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience for consecutive 6/7 services. First 2 times I got my activa with a broken number plate. The accounts staff is too slow. That call that the bike is ready and it’s never ready when you reach there. Zero efficiency on account of all staff.
NEVER GIVE YOUR BIKE GERE IF YIU CARE FOR YOUR VEHICLE.
Very rude manager named MR.Lalit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience for the paid service. We need to supervise for each and everything, they dont wash unless untill we are behind the service guys. They don't keep stock, side mirrors are not available. The servive guys think they are doing it for free. I had been charged 4000 for the service which includes engine oil, rear liner, accele cable, back bulb, and cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gave my Honda activa to claim insurance and my original parts were Changed they keep my scooter for 21days and after I get my scooter original parts were Changed duplicate was fitted eg-power butter ,updown switch,also changed clutch belt ,race wire ,I got worst service,also I attaching some photos for proof

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy AMC it will save your bit of money. Post that your each servicing will cost you around 1.5-2000 rupees. Do proper scrutiny of the bill... Ask for every repair done and if not satisfied inform them. Overall the service is ok ok.. as every coustomer even I don't know if everything done to bike is needed or not or we just do it.
