★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they will give you false promises , like bus having Ac or heater at booking time. and when bus reaches at the home or place in front of your house they will tell that bus dont having ac- heater and you can cancel the bus , at that moment customer dont have any option and they goo on same km-s as well - they are not even ready to negotiate .

You book a 27 seater, they will give you 21 seater with extra seats fitted to make 27 seater.
Buses old, no speed when AC on,hence time and again switch off AC.
Low battery power.you have to push the bus at every stop,to start it.
Poor management.
Balance in Fast tag exhausted and the management could not get it topped up for the rest of journey..30 hrs.,resulting in fights between the Toll people and drivers, resulting in wastage of time.
Finally,misbehaved drivers even threatening passengers..with management paying no heed.
In all never take their buses.
