★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with other feedback. The broker really seems fishy. Broker sent me his personal account details to transfer the token money. They dont provide receipt of payment. When I started to ask about that how he gonna help if owner doest give full depoist and other issues. He started to speak nonsesnse. I loved that flat he shown me but I cant trust this broker. So, I came to google platform to see the feedback and now I'm completely sure about my doubt.

I have a horrible experience with this guy.
1. First he told me to give flat on 1st of april but I got it on 4th of month.
2. He told me rent of 9300 later owner asked 200 more for maintenance. And he supported owner.
3. You have to ask and follow up multiple times to complete your agreement
4. At the time of returning the deposit he will give n number of excuse. Hardly the owner will return the money. Again he will support owner.
