Every nice experience about Yoga, Medication.
Partials as well Theory is best very nice stuff with leature.
Great ambience. With sound knowledge and humble attitude, Yoga teacher Mr. Jagtap sir is simply amazing. He is always supportive, inspiring and most important "attentive".

Best thing of about this Institute is that even if you are not confident enough to take classes after this program you will.
They covered all the fundamentals and provide all the support what required to be a good yoga teacher.
This program helps me to grow spiritually, positivity and help others.
Amol sir, Dipali madam, Tejashri madam and all the teachers in sai sidhha yoga foundation are amazing.
