★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was joined on and worked for (total 06 months worked) as Store Incharge. It was'nt like a management, employer authorising their own family members under them as mangers and they appointing their favourable people as their staffs obviously it means Politics. With out intemation employees treatmented. No job grante any company with intemation within 15 days or 01 month but this company without intemation.The one which can't be acceptable is the "HR" who has no idea about his job saying there's no appointment order for any staffs if the employer say it's done almost treating the employees as daily wages labours deducting loss of pay for government holidays even the company announcing as holiday, but no extra pay like on Sundays, without any notice period we'll be demanded to resign our job before 02 days, the person who don't know how to debit amount from the GST invoice by recieving and after using some quantity of wrong material working as Accountant. The accountant and management acting so professional, at the time of joining it was finalized that I'll get paid for travelling charges as I'm a store incharge for the purpose of purchasing and I was reaching accountant, my site incharge and the employer for almost one nd half month but nothing was happened. I've worked in many reputed Organisation and MNCs where a common thing politics but in this company I'll name as God Of Politics which we can't see in any companies. If the site supervisor is absent I got forced to stay in site and I should handle the labours, I questioned about it where I started to see the real face of everyone.
