★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a very expensive (£180) day trip to Taj Mahal with this company, from their desk in the Metropolitan hotel in Delhi; forced to cancel because of major illness. Despite promises to refund 75%, the company still, after two weeks, have not transferred funds. Not good for business!
