★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too far away from Sion Panvel highway and this is technically at edge of Kharghar. Better buy other new or resale project between sector 7-21. Now Kalamboli, Panvel and Ulwe also opened up which will be closer to highway or airport. This will take years to be a meaning ful investment or home. By that time building will be old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Sai World City and Sai World Empire. I have heard that Kharghar will any day be higher than Panvel. I have visited both the sites and have loved both the projects. But I am unsure as to which one to go for! I like the Panvel one better but ppl say Kharghar will b better as it is better developed. Any help friends!!
