★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am an advocate and I had a talk with the sales manager named MR.UMESH ATHVAR on behalf of my client . regarding some changes in the clause of agreement. but this sales manager is very unprofessional and rude he don't even have basic manners to talk. I heard him saying that mere pas time nhi hai baat karne ka.. then please don't sell your flats if u don't have time and keep it with you only. I will never ever recommend any one to purchase flat here. This unprofessional behaviour is not at all acceptable. Kindly teach your employees professionalism first.
