Thanks to sai kennels I’ve had a wonderful experience, my best friend and I both got our dogs from them, SACHIN is very helpful and have enough knowledge to deliver and guide the people who have bought the dog for the first time. He is always in touch at hour of help.

This guy Sachin is extremely rude.Have no manners how to talk and gets irritated on asking questions for a new dog buyer. On asking for bank details to make payment, he snubbed me "aap rebbe do" and insisted on cash payment. When asked for pup photos, made 10 excuses, said sending, said send payment first will then send. ridiculous behaviour and complete scammer.

The owner, Sachin is very supportive is all the times whether its at 1 am at night. I bought a Chihuahua puppy and its first time experience for me keeping a pet, He supports every time when I call. He never compromises with quality of the pets. I got my best pet.

Since we were searching Maltese from so long and luckily we got the details of Sachin (Sai Kennels). Sachin is extremely responsive, kind and trust worthy. So wait is over we got the healthy, active Maltese Female baby from Sachin along with all the documents and her prescription. We purchased a Shih Tzu puppy(male) from Sachin ji on 7th February, 2022. It's a very cute small puppy ☺️ but very hyper. Sachin ji was very quick in response and arranged it in a short time. He guided us well and respond with every query on WhatsApp. He wasn't pushy at all . Unlike others, he didn't demand any advance. Till date every thing is going fine.

I live overseas. I needed a pup of a smaller breed variety to be arranged and sent to my mum as a gift for her special birthday. I contacted various dog kennels/ breeders in the Delhi area through whatsapp based on reviews on websites, google, etc. Sachin, who runs Sai Kennels responded promptly and shared videos and photos of available stock. We spoke over the phone and video chatted on whatsapp to finalise a deal on a very your Shih Tzu pup. The pup needed to be delivered on the day of the birthday which was still a month away. Sachin kindly offered to keep the pup as his own and provide due care till the day of delivery. Over the next month Sachin stayed in touch and shared video and live video conferences when possible to show pup's growth and wellbeing. During this time, all vaccination, deworming and paperwork was duly taken care of by Sachin. During this time, Sachin was also concerned whether the pup was going to a dog loving home. I had to assure him that we have had dogs and do take care of various street dogs on a daily basis. On the day of delivery, not only was the pup delivered in good health, freshly bathed and groomed; Sachin literally created a little hamper of dog goodies to go with it! On top of this, Sachin went out of the way to buy a birthday cake for my Mum! The pup was a surprise gift which no one at home was expecting, so Sachin shared a live whatsapp video while doing a handover. This was a priceless joyous moment for us and will always be remembered. I cannot thank Sachin and Sai kennels enough for the pup, service and the personal effort made by them to make all this possible. The pup has joined our family as a member and is a bundle of joy to all. To be clear I have never met Sachin in person or been to Delhi for arranging this. I put faith in this man and he has not only helped in making this very important event happen, he has done so in a manner which makes us feel that he was a long time friend. I will remain indebted to him for this forever. Anyone looking to get a pup, I recommend Sachin and Sai Kennels with complete trust. I have not had a better service from anyone in a long time.
