★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any one is moving for rent to apt no 206 in Sai Mythri comforts, please be careful, it's owner Narashiman paid my security deposit after one and half month after deducting my Rs 31000 while leaving and for Rs 15000 he given explanation one tube is not working and one hand shower came out of pipe.
Even that shower incident happened after after one and half month after leaving apartment.
Even i kept new tube in corner and messaged him but he don't have time to read, only he knows to deduct money. Anyone can put tube in holder without spending any money.
Please be aware of such owners..
