I urge everyone please, don't deal with this realtor as it is a sham.
Sainath Associates, headed by a fraud named Narishaman.
The aforementioned man swindles everyone by selling dead properties and collecting brokerage.
He sold us 2 properties under of guise of a lucrative deal. We were kept in the dark about groundrent which accrued to 3 lakhs over a period of 10 years. And when asked to help us sell it, he denied service.
When we pursued a different realtor, he defamed our family because the deal wasn't being brokered through him.
