Let me keep it simple rather than elaborating too much
1) Location: 1/5 The location is pathetic and the roads are worse. Lot of construction happening around so due to heave vehicle movement, the roads have craters of the size of moon. You won’t reach the place at one go cuz the navigation is confusing due to such narrow road.
2) Professionalism: 1/5 The service engineer was casual and had no respect for finesse. Causally checked the car as if he is shopping for groceries. And said random things about the car which is not applicable as my car was 4 year’s old yet didn’t cross 10k mark. Miserably tried to use his maths skills to calculate the estimated expenses where over 10 heads where to be calculated and refused to use a calculator for some reason.
3) Estimates: Random estimation was given focusing in inessential things like wheel alining and weight balancing, car inside and outside polish, anti-rust coat for silencer, and clutch internal replacement. All that for a car that has not run 10k in 4 years.
4) Overall Experience: I had a very bad vibe and decided to go to a far away workshop where I always had good experience in Mominpur. Also, without my intervention, they did not pitch all the inessential services and rather said wheel aligning/balancing isn’t required owing to the low odometer operation.
The manager did try to convince me to give them another chance but I was not willing to compromise on my experience where I’d probably go only twice a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was excellent. The assigned service engineer listened to the issues patiently and handled them perfectly. Both estimated amount and time of delivery were exactly what they had mentioned. However, one major hurdle is to reach the service center at Mukundapur. The road to the service center is a total mess. Actually, there is no proper road and it may even damage your car in the rainy season as there are a lot of potholes. So it's a trade off between bad roads and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally go for servicing here or for minor works even. Staffs are courteous and they follow up well. Hyundai HO even gives a feedback call. Mr. Shubhankar Majhi was very prompt in acting and gave the delivery of the car post completion of job, well before time. He follow ups well too. Great service, recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spacious service station. Situated in a panchayat area so the roads are pathetic. The area itself has Hyundai, Kia, Tata, Mahindra, and Maruti Suzuki service stations and is busy.
Saini Hyundai offers a great lounge and refreshments from time to time.
